Cyclocross is the fastest growing cycling sport and Gravel Grinding is the newest event that mixes road and gravel on back country roads for endurance and speed. What do you need to know to do your first Gravel Grinder? How is it different from Cyclocross? Bikes and Gear? What do both have to teach us to make us better riders? What events are in the PNW and how do you pick which one’s to do? Craig is an expert in both and can give you the insider knowledge to fast track your cycling education.

Coach Craig Undem has spent the last 30 years obsessed with coaching others on how to go further, faster, and with less effort on every ride.  Craig was a professional racer until 1997 ranked 3rd in the US in Cyclocross and winning a World Cup medal in Mountain biking.  He then switched to applying this knowledge to coaching, working with internationally renowned coach Chris Carmichael and coaching riders around the world to achieve their dreams. In 2004 Craig founded Cycle University, with 2 Seattle locations training riders of any ability indoors and outdoors year around on the best practices to improve and enjoy cycling for life.
